Supporting care at every step.

We build the websites, platforms, and AI that healthcare organisations run on. Patient-facing portals, back-office software, clinical workflows, lab integrations, and risk prediction: all built around how care actually happens.

  ## Healthcare lacks clarity.

Every health team is drowning in systems. EHRs that don't talk to each other. Patient data scattered across intake forms, portals, labs, and legacy databases. Clinicians logging into six tools to piece together one consultation. The actual care ends up happening in the gaps.

The fix isn't more software. It's software built around how care actually happens.

We build patient portals, provider platforms and AI pipelines for real clinical workflows. Lab integrations that work the way labs actually do. On infrastructure that survives a real compliance audit.

Sound familiar?

- Clinicians spend more time on documentation than on patients.
- Your patient data lives in five different systems and reconciles in none of them.
- A single consultation requires logging into six different tools.
- Intake forms get re-typed into the EHR by hand.
- Your EHR 'integration' is a weekly CSV export.

  ## Proven in healthcare

We've shipped healthcare platforms across the Netherlands, the US, and beyond. From walk-in clinics to US telemedicine platforms with AI-powered care plans.

  ## What we build for healthcare

## Patient-facing portals and intake

Intake forms that adapt to the patient's answers. Onboarding flows that gather the right information without overwhelming the user. Identity verification through DigID, BSN, or US insurance verification. Patient portals where users track their care, message providers, and access their history. Compliant from the first commit.

## Provider portals and clinical workflows

Provider dashboards that surface what each clinician needs at the moment of decision. Multi-role workflows for providers, nurses, managers, and support teams. Treatment protocol management. Prescription approval flows. Patient charts that aggregate data from labs, wearables, and intake instead of asking the clinician to switch tabs. We design provider tools for the clinician's reality: limited time, high stakes, intolerance for friction.

## Lab integrations and clinical data pipelines

Real-time lab result and direct integrations with national lab providers. Automatic re-run detection with side-by-side comparison views. Clinical audit trails on every value mutation. Zorgmail (EDI and MEDREC) integration for downstream prescription and GP communication.

We've shipped lab integrations across major Dutch and US healthcare infrastructure: HL7, SBV-Z, VECOZO (COV, ION, VSP), Navify Lab Operations, Zorgmail, and DigID. If your lab data lives somewhere, we connect to it.

## Risk prediction and clinical decision support

Real-time risk models that score patient intake data and surface calibrated probabilities back to the provider. Condition detection from lab results. AI-powered treatment recommendations. The model doesn't make the decision. The clinician does. The system gives them a calibrated, defensible signal to decide with.

## Telemedicine platforms and digital storefronts

Telemedicine platforms that sell prescriptions, supplements, and lab tests through one storefront. Subscription management, provider authorization flows, regulated content handling, eligibility quizzes, and the full back-end orchestration to turn a customer into a patient under proper clinical supervision.

## Multi-role back office and operations

Provider dashboards, manager approval flows, customer support consoles, nursing protocol queues. Multi-role back office software that runs the clinic, the practice, or the telemedicine operation behind the public-facing experience.

  ### The work AI should be doing in healthcare.

- #### Automate documentation during consults

Ambient listening writes the notes, updates the chart, and captures the follow-ups while the consult happens. The clinician stays with the patient, not the keyboard.
- #### Route patients to the right next step

AI reads the intake and scores the risk while the patient is still filling in the form. The right test, the right priority, the right care path — decided in seconds, not in a waiting room.
- #### Automate the busywork

Scheduling, eligibility checks, reminders, routine follow-ups. The work that fills the hours between actual patient care. AI does it in the background, so clinicians don't.
- #### Personalize care at scale

AI reads a patient's data (history, symptoms, labs, inputs) and returns recommendations that actually fit them. Care that feels personal, without a clinician having to build it patient by patient.
- #### Spot risks earlier

AI watches the data most teams can't and surfaces what's changing before anyone would notice. Problems get caught as early signals, not as emergencies.
- #### Turn unstructured data into usable signal

Most patient data arrives as mess. Notes, PDFs, forms, device streams. AI does the cleanup, so clinicians and systems get something they can actually use.

## Compliance and certifications

Healthcare brands are regulated, audited, and held to a higher bar than any other industry. We architect for that reality.

**HIPAA**
For US-facing healthcare and telemedicine platforms.

**GDPR & PHI handling**
For European clinical data and cross-border flows.

**ISO 27001**
Our own certified information security management system.

**SOC 2 Type II**
Independently audited security controls for enterprise buyers.

  ## FAQ

- Can you build AI into our healthcare product? Yes. We've shipped real-time risk prediction at intake, condition detection from lab results, AI-powered care plan generation, and provider chat assistants. All running in production.
- Do you handle HIPAA, GDPR, and PHI? Yes. We architect for the regulatory framework your platform is audited against from day one. Audit trails, encryption, role-based access, PHI isolation, documented data flows. All built in, not bolted on later.
- Can you integrate with our EHR, lab system, or identity provider? Almost certainly. We've integrated with SBV-Z, VECOZO, Navify, Zorgmail, DigID, Sendcloud, and US healthcare systems via HL7 and FHIR. If your system has an API or a standard healthcare protocol, we connect to it.
- How long does a healthcare platform take to build? A focused patient portal: 12 to 20 weeks. A full clinical platform with lab integrations and provider workflows: 4 to 6 months. A telemedicine storefront plus patient portal plus AI pipeline: 6 to 9 months. We scope properly before we quote.
- What if our project failed at another agency? We regularly take over stalled healthcare projects. Clean handoff, honest assessment, full documentation. Sometimes we recommend rebuilding from scratch. Sometimes we salvage the parts worth keeping. We tell you straight what's worth saving.
- Do you build for hospitals, telemedicine, or both? Both. We've built for hospital and clinic-side operations (provider portals, lab integrations, clinical workflows) and for telemedicine and direct-to-consumer healthcare (patient storefronts, subscription management, treatment protocols). The technical complexity differs but the engineering standard doesn't.
- What about data residency and cross-border compliance? We architect for it. EU data residency for European clinical data. US data residency for HIPAA-covered information. Cross-border flows handled with documented data processing agreements. Tell us where the data lives and where it can go, and we build for it.
- Do you work with pharma and life sciences too? Yes. Life sciences and biotech are adjacent to healthcare but distinct. Different buyers, different regulations, different integration landscapes. We have a separate life sciences practice for that work.
- Can we raise a round on the back of an MVP? Often, yes. It's a common outcome. A working MVP with real users and real data is the most persuasive thing you can show an investor. We design our MVP work around that: ship something real, show traction, hand you a demo and a story that converts.
