KINSYN is a next-generation telemedicine platform bringing together prescription treatments, lab testing, and science-backed supplements in one place. KINSYN's mission is to make personalized, doctor-guided healthcare accessible to everyone, not just those with access to elite clinics.

They needed a website that could do justice to that ambition: a digital storefront where patients discover treatments, understand what's right for them, and start their care journey. All in one seamless experience.

The challenge

KINSYN's product catalogue isn't a standard webshop. It spans prescription medications, compounded treatments, supplements, and lab test kits. Each with fundamentally different purchase flows, compliance requirements, and fulfillment paths. A GLP-1 injectable requires provider authorization before it ships. A collagen supplement ships directly. A biomarker lab panel triggers a third-party lab fulfillment flow.

The solution

Craft CMS made this build possible without compromising on flexibility. The product catalogue required complex content modelling. Each product type has different fields, compliance rules, pricing structures, and purchase flows. Craft's custom field architecture handled this natively, without plugins or workarounds.

Five health pillars

Weight Management, Longevity, Women's Health, Labs, and Supplements. Each pillar has its own content strategy and product mix. Patients can move between pillars without feeling like they've landed on a different website.


Products range from supplements to monthly prescription injectables. Each product detail page includes a clear path to purchase.

Receptbehandelingen

Samengestelde medicijnen (GLP-1-injecties, hormoontherapie, NAD+-injecties) waarbij een bevoegde arts eerst de gezondheidsgeschiedenis van de patiënt beoordeelt en het recept goedkeurt voordat er iets verzonden wordt. In de bestelflow zit een intakestap die de patiënt aan een arts koppelt.

Supplementen

Vrij verkrijgbare producten (collageen, creatine, berberine, probiotica) die na aankoop direct verzonden worden. Gewone webshopafhandeling, met de optie om een abonnement te nemen.

Labtesten

Biomarkerpanels en aanvullende testen die een apart labproces starten. De patiënt bestelt online, gaat langs bij een lablocatie, en krijgt de uitslag via het platform.

The real complexity lives in the purchase flow. The website handles three fundamentally different product types through one unified checkout experience.

Prescription treatments

Compounded medications (GLP-1 injectables, hormone replacement therapy, NAD+ injectables) that require a licensed provider to review the patient's health history and authorize the prescription before fulfillment. The purchase flow includes a health intake step that connects the patient to a provider.

Supplements

Over-the-counter products (collagen, creatine, berberine, probiotics) that ship directly after purchase. Standard e-commerce fulfillment with subscription options.

Lab tests

Biomarker panels and add-on tests that trigger a separate lab fulfillment flow. The patient orders online, visits a lab location, and receives results through the platform.
