Real-time lab result ingestion via Navify, HL7, and direct integrations with national lab providers. Automatic re-run detection with side-by-side comparison views. Clinical audit trails on every value mutation. Zorgmail (EDI and MEDREC) integration for downstream prescription and GP communication.

We've shipped lab integrations across major Dutch healthcare infrastructure: SBV-Z, VECOZO (COV, ION, VSP), GDS308/309, Navify Lab Operations, Zorgmail, and DigID. If your lab data lives somewhere, we connect to it.

Risk prediction and clinical decision support

Calibrated scoring at the moment of decision.

Real-time risk models that score patient intake data and surface calibrated probabilities back to the provider. Condition detection from lab results. Treatment recommendation engines built on AWS Bedrock and similar production-grade infrastructure.

The model doesn't make the decision. The clinician does. The system gives them a calibrated, defensible signal to decide with.

Telemedicine platforms and digital storefronts

E-commerce for healthcare, done properly.

Telemedicine platforms that sell prescriptions, supplements, and lab tests through one storefront. Subscription management, provider authorization flows, regulated content handling, eligibility quizzes, and the full back-end orchestration to turn a customer into a patient under proper clinical supervision.

We build commerce that handles three product types (prescription, supplement, lab test) through one checkout, each with their own compliance rules and fulfillment paths.

  • Do you handle HIPAA, GDPR, and PHI?

    Yes. We architect for the regulatory framework your platform is audited against from day one. Audit trails, encryption, role-based access, PHI isolation, documented data flows — all built in, not bolted on later.

  • Can you integrate with our EHR, lab system, or identity provider?

    Almost certainly. We've integrated with SBV-Z, VECOZO, Navify, Zorgmail, DigID, Sendcloud, and US healthcare systems via HL7 and FHIR. If your system has an API or a standard healthcare protocol, we connect to it.

  • How long does a healthcare platform take to build?

    A focused patient portal: 12 to 20 weeks. A full clinical platform with lab integrations and provider workflows: 4 to 6 months. A telemedicine storefront plus patient portal plus AI pipeline: 6 to 9 months. We scope properly before we quote.

  • Can you build AI into our healthcare product?

    Yes. We've shipped real-time risk prediction at intake, condition detection from lab results, AI-powered care plan generation, and provider chat assistants. All running in production on AWS Bedrock and similar infrastructure. We build production AI, not pitch deck AI.

  • What if our project failed at another agency?

    We regularly take over stalled healthcare projects. Clean handoff, honest assessment, full documentation. Sometimes we recommend rebuilding from scratch. Sometimes we salvage the parts worth keeping. We tell you straight what's worth saving.

  • Do you build for hospitals, telemedicine, or both?

    Both. We've built for hospital and clinic-side operations (provider portals, lab integrations, clinical workflows) and for telemedicine and direct-to-consumer healthcare (patient storefronts, subscription management, treatment protocols). The technical complexity differs but the engineering standard doesn't.

  • What about data residency and cross-border compliance?

    We architect for it. EU data residency for European clinical data. US data residency for HIPAA-covered information. Cross-border flows handled with documented data processing agreements. Tell us where the data lives and where it can go, and we build for it.

  • Do you work with pharma and life sciences too?

    Yes. Life sciences and biotech are adjacent to healthcare but distinct — different buyers, different regulations, different integration landscapes. We have a separate life sciences practice for that work, though many clients span both areas.

  • Can we raise a round on the back of an MVP?

    Often, yes. It's a common outcome. A working MVP with real users and real data is the most persuasive thing you can show an investor. We design our MVP work around that: ship something real, show traction, hand you a demo and a story that converts.
