Telecom

Connecting millions. Every day.

We built the top-up platform behind Mitti and the call volume forecasting at Telefónica Germany. Two very different telecom problems. Both running in production.

  • Mitti
  • Callmart

Telecom serves thousands of customers. That's a lot to keep running.

Thousands of support calls to answer. Thousands of transactions to process. Most telecom companies handle that scale with spreadsheets and gut feeling.

We've built for both sides of it: ML forecasting, so call center staffing matches real demand and cross-border top-up platform, moving money to prepaid phones through carrier systems that fail more often than anyone admits.

Why us for this

We've done the carrier integration work.

  • Badly documented APIs, edge cases, retries. Tedious, and we've shipped it.
  • We've moved real money. Payments, fraud checks, reconciliation. The stuff that has to be right.
  • Our ML actually ships. Our models run in production. Most telecom AI never gets that far.
  • We're certified. ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II. Enterprise procurement asks; we have it.

Compliance

Telecom platforms move money and carry customer data. We build to the standards that requires.

GDPR & EU data localisation
Customer data handling for EU markets, including cross-border flows.

ISO 27001
Our own certified information security management system.

SOC 2 Type II
Independently audited security controls.

FAQ

  • Have you built top-up platforms before?

Yes — We’ve built Mitti. An international top-up platform.

  • Can you integrate with carrier APIs?

Yes. Every carrier is different, half the documentation is wrong, and it has to work anyway. We've built monitoring layers that make unreliable APIs something you can run a business on.

  • Can you build ML into our operations?

Yes. We did it at Telefónica Germany — call center forecasting, in production. It starts with your data, and we'll tell you honestly what it supports.

  • Can you work with our existing BSS or billing system?

Yes. We build the missing layers: the top-up flow, the ML, the customer-facing product and  connect it to what you already run. Replacing everything is rarely the answer.

  • We're launching an MVNO. Can you help?

Honest answer: we haven't built a full MVNO stack, and we won't pretend we have. What we can do is what we've proven — top-up and payments, carrier integrations, ML on your data. If that's what you need, talk to us. If not, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.
